- We don’t use facilitation payments (payments to speed up routine processes).
- We avoid conflicts of interest wherever possible, and we disclose them immediately if they arise.
- We keep honest, accurate records of all financial transactions and client engagements.
- We only work with partners and suppliers who uphold similar ethical standards.
Reporting Concerns
If anyone working with us suspects a breach of this policy, we encourage them to raise it — confidentially and without fear of reprisal. Allegations are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

Responsibility for this policy sits with Jambi Digital’s directors, who review it annually to ensure it remains effective and up to date.
